| It is important the a helmet fits correctly in order to give maximum protection and comfort. The helmet should feel tight when worn and gradually the linings will shape to your head. The tighter the helmet the greater protection it will offer. The helmet should fit on the head securely without the chin protruding underneath, and without pain at pressure points. To find your size measure your head using a tape measure at its widest point above the eye brow. See chart below for size.
