| Now this is getting difficult. We have 2 boots which are highly recommended but it would be impossible to distinguish a best boot, as riders like both for different reasons. We will discuss each one and then explain why they are so liked. First of all has to be the most expensive alpinestar supertech ( RRP £239.99 ). These boots undoubtably offer the best protection of all boots available. However, some of the feel is compromised due to the rigid plastic moulding. The supertech has an inner boot that is fully removable, providing ultimate support. These boots are so strong, we feel you could put your foot in them, and someone hit you with a scaffold pole, and you wouldn't feel a thing ! Don't try that at home though folks ! Next expensive is the sidi vertigo corsa. The best thing about these is that they can be adjusted around the foot and calf with a new ratchet system. This boot is both flexible and offers great protection.
